Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is hiring an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to grow into a Branch Manager position. You will undergo an 18–24 month paid training, then manage your own branch and potentially relocate for promotion.

You will assist in originating loans, educating customers on lending services, and guiding the loan process with a focus on customer experience. The role emphasizes developing sales plans, recruiting and training, and delivering strong performance while benefiting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required. Ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well independently, as well as a team member in a fast-paced environment and successfully navigate priorities.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
• Must meet our acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to meet the eligibility requirements for insurance licensing in order to sell voluntary insurance products.
• Willingness and ability to relocate for promotion into a Branch Manager role. Full Relocation package is provided for moves more than 50 miles.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business by contacting current and potential customers and understanding their needs to recommend loan and voluntary product solutions.
• Educate customers on all consumer lending services, including improving credit and debt consolidation.
• Assist customers through the loan application process and make payment reminder calls as needed.
• Support Branch Manager with recruiting and training; help develop and implement plans to meet sales goals; promote core values and deliver outstanding customer experience.
• Manage loan evaluations, risk analysis, credit decisions, closings, and insurance claims.
