Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is hiring an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to grow with a team focused on helping customers meet financial goals. The program includes 18–24 months of paid training in branch operations and management, followed by potential relocation to manage a branch.

You will originate loan opportunities, educate customers on lending products, and guide them through applications and closings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and originate loan business through outreach and referrals.
• Educate customers on lending options and credit improvement.
• Guide customers through the loan application process and follow up on ledgers.
• Support Branch Manager with recruiting, training, and sales planning.
• Promote company values and ensure a superior customer experience.
