Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to train over 18–24 months and learn branch operations. You will originate loan business, educate customers on lending options, and support in risk analysis and closings.

You will promote to Branch Manager with relocation support and play a key role in building a strong, customer-focused team in a growing financial services company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting and training, and developing sales plans to meet goals.
• Educate customers on loan products and guide them through the loan application process.
• Promote an outstanding customer experience and ensure compliance in daily branch operations.
