Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States is seeking a Branch Manager to lead growth through new client acquisition, existing account expansion, and strong P&L management. You will recruit, train, and guide a branch team while delivering exceptional service to candidates and clients.

You will establish plans to grow accounts, manage budgets, monitor pay/bill rates, and drive performance through regular reviews, KPI tracking, and cost-control initiatives.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and orally in one-on-one and group discussions and presentations.
• Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and management.
• Ability to set own priorities, schedule day’s events, make cold calls, prepare and give formal presentations.
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by establishing plans to win new clients and re-engage lapsed accounts.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; maintain high customer satisfaction through regular reviews.
• Coach and develop branch team; monitor KPIs and service levels; manage day-to-day performance.
• Manage branch P&L, budgets, forecasts, and cost-control initiatives.
• Monitor workers’ compensation and unemployment claims; ensure compliance with notices and licenses.
• Lead recruitment efforts and maintain local relationships with recruiting resources.
