Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth by expanding client bases, retaining key accounts, and leading a branch team to deliver exceptional service. You will manage P&L, set pay and bill rates, and coordinate with HR, Operations, and Procurement to meet client needs.

The role emphasizes leadership, client relationship management, and performance optimization across all branch operations. Strong sales orientation and people management are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsabilités

• Grow and retain accounts and win new clients, while managing planed revenue.
• Lead day-to-day team performance, coaching recruiters and staff.
• Manage branch P&L and forecasts, budgets and cost control.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met and customer satisfaction stays high.
