Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead growth by acquiring new clients, expanding existing relationships, and driving branch profitability. You will recruit, train, and develop top talent while delivering exceptional service to candidates and clients.

You will manage day-to-day operations, oversee recruitment strategies, and ensure SLA adherence, budget control, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience with proven sales responsibilities.
• Two years of direct sales experience with increased responsibilities.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally and to present to groups.
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, establishing plans to grow existing clients and win back accounts.
• Ensure client requirements align with SLA targets and contractual terms.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular communication and business reviews.
• Lead branch recruitment, training, and development of staff to meet KPIs.
• Manage branch P&L, budgets, and cost control, with monthly KPI reviews.
