Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to build and execute business plans to win new clients, expand relationships, and drive revenue. You will lead recruitment strategies, manage P&L, budgets, and cost controls while developing top talent and delivering outstanding service to candidates and clients.

This role emphasizes account growth, client satisfaction, and operational excellence, including onboarding new customers, negotiating terms, monitoring KPIs, and mentoring recruiters.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years relevant work experience.
• 2+ years direct sales experience with proven growth.
• 1+ year supervisory/management experience in sales/service.
• Experience in staffing or personnel services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute plans to grow and retain accounts.
• Meet client requirements and SLA targets.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through regular reviews.
• Lead branch team recruitment, training, and development.
• Manage branch P&L and budget; control costs.
• On-board new customers and negotiate terms.
• Conduct monthly performance reviews and KPI tracking.
