Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to build and execute business plans, recruit and lead a branch team, and deliver exceptional service to candidates and clients. You will drive growth, manage P&L, and ensure operations meet KPIs and SLAs in a dynamic staffing environment.

Responsibilities include expanding existing accounts, negotiating terms, overseeing recruitment, and presenting monthly business reviews to leadership while maintaining strong client relationships and high customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years relevant experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with a track record of increasing responsibilities.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by planning to win new business and maintain existing clients.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; conduct regular business reviews with clients and program teams.
• Lead branch team with coaching and development, ensuring KPI and SLA targets are achieved.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and forecasting; oversee recruitment strategies and field personnel management.
• On-board new customers, negotiate terms, and monitor credit references and limits.
• Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings with direct reports and coordinate with vertical teams on client fulfillment priorities.
