Job summary

Adecco Group is looking for a Branch Manager to lead the growth of client accounts, manage the branch P&L, and drive recruitment excellence. You will cultivate relationships with clients and candidates, set pay/bill rates, and ensure service levels are met across the program.

You will recruit, train, and develop a high-performing branch team, collaborate with sales and upper management, and deliver regular business reviews to leadership while maintaining quality customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and orally.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; develop new client relationships and win back lost accounts.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and cost controls; forecast revenue and expenses.
• Lead recruitment strategies and development plans; mentor recruiters and staff.
• Oversee day-to-day performance; ensure KPIs, SLAs, and client expectations are met.
• Onboard new customers, negotiate terms, and manage credit references.
