Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our local team and drive revenue by growing existing accounts, attracting new clients, and delivering exceptional service to candidates and customers.

The role focuses on managing the branch P&L, setting pay and bill rates, developing recruitment strategies, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws. You will coach staff, optimize processes, and build strong client relationships in the local market.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Aufgaben

• Grow and retain accounts by developing plans to expand existing clients and win back lost accounts.
• Meet client requirements and SLAs; maintain high customer satisfaction through reviews and collaboration with client teams.
• Serve as escalation point for client, procurement, operations, and HR issues.
• Lead day-to-day performance of staff; coach recruiters and support cost reduction through process improvements.
• Manage branch P&L, budgets, and forecasting; drive revenue growth and expense control.
• Oversee recruitment activities, vendor relationships, and credit/reference processes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and timely collection of receivables.
