Job summary

In this role, you will forecast revenue, oversee operations, and collaborate with sales leadership to align staffing solutions with client needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years in relevant work experience.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.
• Proven ability to grow accounts and hit SLA targets.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; win new business and manage client relations.
• Manage branch P&L and budgeting; monitor cost controls.
• Recruit, train and develop branch staff; ensure KPI targets are met.
