Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth, manage client relationships, and lead a branch team. You will build business plans, control P&L, recruit and develop top talent, and deliver exceptional service to both candidates and clients.

You will establish client reviews, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance while coordinating with sales leadership to meet market needs. This role requires strong leadership and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2 years direct sales experience with increasing responsibilities.
• 1 year of supervisory/management experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Ability to interact with all levels of staff and management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, acquire new clients, and achieve growth targets.
• Manage day-to-day performance of branch staff, coaching and development.
• Oversee branch P&L, budget, and cost control.
• Develop and implement branch revenue and expense forecasts.
• Conduct regular KPI reviews and performance discussions with teams.
• Ensure compliance with notices, licenses, and credit references.
