Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead growth by expanding existing accounts and winning new clients, while managing P&L and branch expenses. You will develop recruitment strategies, coach a team, and ensure service levels meet KPIs and SLAs.

Strong leadership and client-relationship skills are essential. You'll oversee budgeting, rate setting, and credit processes, and work closely with HR, Operations, and Sales to align with client expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years’ direct sales experience with a proven track record measured by increased responsibilities.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact with all levels of staff and management.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Ability to set own priorities, schedule day’s events, make cold calls, prepare and give formal presentations.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win new clients.
• Ensure client requirements align with SLA targets.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular communication and reviews.
• Coordinate with HR, Operations, and client contacts.
• Act as escalation point for client and program issues.
• Lead recruiting, training, and development of branch team.
• Manage branch P&L and budgets.
• Create and present monthly/quarterly business reviews.
• Develop branch recruitment strategies and local relationships.
• Oversee credit references, licensing, and compliance.
