Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth by expanding existing accounts and acquiring new clients. You will oversee P&L, budgeting, and cost control while leading a branch team to deliver exceptional service to candidates and clients.

You will recruit, train, and mentor staff, ensuring SLA targets and KPIs are met, and build strong client relationships through regular reviews and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with proven growth.
• One year of supervisory/management experience.

Responsabilités

• Grow and retain accounts, develop new clients, and improve win rates.
• Oversee branch P&L, budgeting, and cost control.
• Coach and mentor recruiters; supervise day-to-day performance.
• Ensure service levels, SLAs, and KPI targets are met.
• Lead recruitment efforts and develop branch growth strategies.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients and program teams.
