Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth by expanding client bases and strengthening existing relationships. You will lead recruitment, build a budget, and manage P&L while delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates.

You will supervise staff, optimize processes, and ensure KPIs and SLAs are met. This role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and proactive client management across the branch.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to groups.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, develop new clients and manage client expectations.
• Lead recruitment strategies, branch budget, and P&L with cost controls.
• Coach and develop branch staff; ensure SLA targets and high service levels.
• Monitor pay and bill rates, collect receivables, and ensure compliance.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Establish and maintain relationships with HR, Operations, and client contacts.
• Create branch recruitment strategies and build local relationships.
• Jump into recruiting activities as needed.
