Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a high-performing team in growing client relationships and recruiting top talent. You will manage day-to-day operations, drive revenue through new and existing accounts, and oversee budgeting and compliance across the branch.

You will guide a team of recruiters, analysts, and sales staff to deliver superior service to clients and candidates, while achieving KPIs and maintaining strong client loyalty.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute business plans to attract new clients and grow bottom line.
• Recruit, train, manage, and develop branch talent while delivering excellent service to candidates and clients.
• Manage branch P&L and budgeting, with cost control and KPI/SLAs.
• Maintain client relationships through regular reviews, ensure contract requirements and SLA targets are met.
• On-board new customers including terms, risk assessment, bill rates, and fee structures.
• Coach and develop staff, review performance, and drive continuous process improvements.
