Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead growth, client relationships, and branch performance. You will drive sales plans, recruitment strategies, and P&L management while building a high-performing team focused on service excellence for candidates and clients.

You will recruit, train, and develop top talent, ensure SLA and compliant processes, and continuously improve operations to maximize fill rate and client satisfaction across the branch, under a dynamic, globally connected

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2 years direct sales experience with increase in responsibilities.
• 1 year of supervisory/management experience with sales or service-oriented staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; develop plans to win new clients and reduce churn.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; maintain high client satisfaction.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Manage branch P&L and control costs; monitor budgets and forecasts.
• Lead, coach, and develop recruiters; supervise day-to-day activities.
• Oversee recruitment strategies, onboarding, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with applicable notices, licenses, and policies.
