Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
• Four to five years of experience in a sales, retail management, or banking environment
• Advanced product/service knowledge and regulatory, policy, and compliance awareness
• Solid understanding of retail product philosophy, procedures, and systems
• Thorough knowledge of teller and platform functions and sales techniques

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch(es) to meet goals and ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations
• Coach, develop, mentor and train team members and use independent judgement
• Identify financial resources for customers and guide them to appropriate products and services
• Promote U.S. Bank products and services in the local market/community
• Provide exceptional customer experience and motivate the team
