Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Four to five years of experience in sales, retail management, or banking.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch(es) to meet goals and ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations.
• Coach, develop, mentor and train team members.
• Identify financial needs of customers and provide direction to relevant products and services.
• Promote and participate in the local market to identify community needs and U.S. Bank offerings.
