Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a branch leader to drive an exceptional customer experience and lead teams to achieve goals while ensuring compliance with banking laws. You will coach, mentor, and train staff, and collaborate with Wealth, Business Banking, Mortgage, and Payments to meet customer needs.

You will expand the customer base, engage with the local market, and promote U.S. Bank products and services. A Bachelor's degree and 3–4 years in sales, retail management, or banking are preferred; NMLS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-4 years in sales, retail management, or banking.
• National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration and compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch(es) to meet goals and ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations.
• Coach, develop, mentor and train team members with independent judgement.
• Identify financial resources for customers and guide them to appropriate products and services.
• Collaborate with partners including wealth, business banking, mortgage, or payment services.
