Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a branch leader responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving branch performance. You will coach and develop team members, ensure compliance with banking laws, and collaborate with partners to fulfill customer financial goals.

You will promote local market growth, manage resources, and uphold U.S. Bank culture and core values. This role requires NMLS registration and background/credit checks as part of the process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Four to five years of experience in sales, retail management, or banking environment.
• NMLS registration required; background and credit checks may result in offer termination if not met.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch(es) to ensure goals are met and regulatory compliance is maintained.
• Coach, develop, mentor and train team members with independent judgment.
• Identify financial resources for customers and guide them to appropriate products and services.
• Promote U.S. Bank products and services in the local market/community.
• Collaborate with partners including wealth, business banking, mortgage, or payment services.
