Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three to four years of experience in a sales, retail management, or banking environment.
• Experience leading teams and driving customer experience in a financial services setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch(es) to meet goals and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coach, develop, mentor, and train team members.
