You will identify financial resources for customers, guide them to suitable products and services, and collaborate with partners such as wealth, business banking, mortgage, and payment services to help clients reach

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Three to four years of experience working in a sales, retail management, or banking environment.
• Thorough product/service knowledge and regulatory, policy and compliance knowledge.
• Solid understanding of retail product philosophy, including policies, procedures, documentation, and systems.
• Thorough knowledge of teller and platform functions, including processing transactions, balancing cash, opening accounts, and sales techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch(es) to achieve goals and ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations.
• Coach, develop, mentor and train team members.
• Identify financial resources for customers and provide direction to appropriate products and services.
• Promote U.S. Bank products and services and expand the customer base in the local market/community.
