Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of regulatory, policy and compliance issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch(es) to ensure goals are met and compliance with banking laws and regulations.
• Coach, develop, mentor and train team members, using independent judgement.
• Identify financial resources for customers and offer direction to appropriate products and services.
• Promote U.S. Bank products and services and expand the local customer base.
