U.S. Bank in the United States is seeking a Branch Manager to lead branch operations, coach staff, and ensure exemplary customer service in line with our culture and values.

You will guide sales and service, collaborate with partners, promote products, and ensure compliance with banking laws while building strong relationships in the local market.

A bachelor's degree and 3–4 years of leadership experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three to four years in sales, retail management, or banking.
• Regulatory and compliance awareness is important.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch(es) to meet goals and ensure compliance with banking laws.
• Coach, develop, mentor and train team members using effective communication and critical thinking.
• Identify financial resources for customers and guide them to suitable products and services.
• Promote U.S. Bank products and services in the local market and community.
