Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a credit union or financial institution.
• Ability to coordinate all branch operations and staff.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and lending procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations and sales goals; ensure compliant service quality.
• Train and coach staff; conduct weekly 1-on-1 meetings; evaluate performance.
• Promote community involvement and develop business in local organizations.
• Provide member guidance on checking, savings, loans; refer to partners and close loans when needed.
• Recruit, hire, schedule, and supervise staff; manage budgets and vendor relations.
• Oversee branch security and after-hours operations; ensure adherence to policies.
• Manage vendor selection, evaluation, and contract terms.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
