Job summary

Align Credit Union in Danvers, MA is seeking a Branch Manager for the Danvers Branch to lead a sales-driven team, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver outstanding member service.

You will hire, train, and coach staff; set performance goals; monitor branch performance; and grow the book of business while representing the credit union in the community.

This full-time role follows a Monday–Friday schedule with fluctuating Saturdays; base pay is $67,000–$84,000 annually, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of banking or similar experience.
• An associate's degree, or specialized training or license.
• Strong organizational skills and time management skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of branch operations, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to meet and exceed sales and service goals while maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Exercise administrative control over day-to-day functions; delegate work and manage staffing, performance, promotions, and salary recommendations.
• Encourage and maintain a positive work environment; communicate professionally with members, teammates, management and vendors.
• Interview, hire, train, coach and motivate the branch team on an ongoing basis.
• Set performance goals, provide feedback and recognition; identify training needs.
