Job summary

Town & Country Federal Credit Union in Maine seeks a Branch Manager to grow member relationships, manage lending activities, and lead a branch team. You will interview and underwrite loans, review documents, and close loans while helping members open accounts and handle service requests.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of related experience, a 2-year degree or equivalent certifications, and strong interpersonal and communication skills to mentor staff and achieve branch goals.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of similar or related work experience.
• 2-year college degree, or completion of special certification or licensing, or completion of specialized training courses.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with members and provide first-class service.
• Apply lending philosophy and identify member needs to grow relationships.
• Conduct loan interviews, underwrite loans, review loan documents and close loans.
• Assist members with opening new accounts and various service requests.
• Direct, develop, motivate and support branch staff; conduct annual performance evaluations and monthly coaching.
