Job summary

Connex Credit Union in Connecticut seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead a small, community-focused branch.

You will coach staff, drive sales and service, manage lending activities, and build relationships with local businesses and SEG groups.

Candidate should have 3+ years in retail sales leadership and a bachelor’s degree; strong compliance and customer-first mindset required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years retail sales management or branch experience.
• 3+ years interviewing experience in consumer loans and related insurances.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent educational or a minimum of 3 years related work experience.
• Strong sales oriented customer service skills and a thorough knowledge of Credit Union systems, (retail and operations) with experience in accounting, researching records and loan processing desirable.

Responsibilities

• Delivers high quality service to members and ensures branch staff deliver on Advocacy Promises.
• Coaches & Leads all Branch personnel and drives sales & service coaching.
• Drives branch growth, profitability, and member relationships through business development within the branch community.
• Ensures compliance with federal laws, regulations and internal controls and supports the sales & service culture of the organization.
• Manages daily branch operations, productivity, and reporting to meet goals.
