Job summary

Align Credit Union in Danvers, MA seeks a Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations, drive sales and service excellence, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will lead a team, hire and train staff, and grow member relationships while maintaining a high standard of service.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching and governance, with a base salary in the stated range and a Monday–Friday schedule plus Saturday coverage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations, sales and service culture to deliver top member service.
• Lead the team to meet and exceed sales and service goals while focusing on state and federal regulations and credit union policies.
• Delegate work, manage staffing, evaluate performance, promotions and salary recommendations.
• Hire, train, coach and motivate the branch team; set performance goals and provide feedback.
• Monitor branch activity (transactions, errors, loan volumes, sales, new accounts) for growth opportunities.
• Develop relationships in the community to grow the branch book of business and represent the credit union publicly.
• Make sound decisions, resolve member issues, and ensure coverage for all branch positions.
• Ensure compliance with governmental/regulatory agencies and credit union policies to minimize risk.
• Promote pay transparency as part of compensation discussions.
