The role requires coaching and developing staff, mentoring teammates, and using communication and critical thinking to connect customers with the right products and services, including wealth, business banking, mortgage, and payments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three to four years of experience in a sales, retail management, or banking environment.
• Experience coaching and leading teams to drive results.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage branch(es) to meet goals and ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations.
• Coach, develop, mentor and train team members and exercise discretion with independent judgement.
• Identify financial resources for customers and fulfill needs by providing direction and recommendations to appropriate products and services.
• Promote U.S. Bank products and services within the local market and community.
• Act as leader for customer experience, motivation, and direction for the team.
