U.S. Bank is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving branch goals.

You will coach, mentor, and develop staff while ensuring compliance with banking laws and internal policies. In this role you’ll collaborate with partners across wealth, business banking, mortgage, and payments services to meet customers’ financial needs, grow the customer base, and strengthen the bank’s presence in the local community through active community

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Three to four years of experience in sales, retail management, or banking.
• Knowledge of regulatory, policy and compliance issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branches to meet goals and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coach, develop, mentor, and train team members.
• Identify financial resources for customers and recommend products.
