Qualifications

• Leadership experience with coaching to drive sales excellence and world-class service.
• 4 years sales management experience in Retail or Branch Banking.
• Track record of meeting branch goals in a profit and loss environment.
• Strong customer experience focus, supported by surveys.
• Maintain partnerships with community and civic organizations.
• Meet SAFE Act requirements including background checks and NMLS identifier.

Responsibilities
