FourLeaf Federal Credit Union in Ridgewood is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to lead day-to-day branch operations and partner with the Branch Manager to drive growth and deposits through community outreach and consultative sales.

The role emphasizes member experience, coaching teammates, adherence to BSA/AML compliance, and collaboration with Specialists to connect members with financial solutions, while expanding the new markets strategy.

Qualifications

• College Degree preferred or related work experience.
• 2+ years of financial or equivalent sales experience.
• 2+ years in the customer service industry.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Certifications: STAMP Medallion Guarantor within 6 months; Lending Product Certification within 6 to 12 months.
• Licenses: National Mortgage Licensing System within 3 months; Obtain Notary License within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to oversee branch operations and align with corporate strategies.
• Assist with the creation of the branch strategy to grow deposits through business development activities.
• Cultivate relationships with FourLeaf business partners and within the community to support growth.
• Grow the expansion market deposits targeting a minimum of $15MM in deposits.
• Provide exceptional member experiences by tailoring products and resolving issues.
• Promote omnichannel member experience with technology and self-service options.
• Build relationships within the community by representing FourLeaf at events.
• Partner with Specialists to connect members with experts for financial needs.
• Find opportunities to source, hire, train and develop new teammates for branch growth.
• Effectively utilize all systems; maintain accuracy and comply with policies and procedures.
• Manage branch controls and reconciliations to meet audit guidelines and comply with BSA/AML and OFAC.
