Job summary

FourLeaf Federal Credit Union seeks a Branch Manager II for New Markets in Ridgewood to lead branch operations, drive production, and develop a high-performing team. You will set the branch strategy with the supervisory group, nurture member and community relationships, and expand FourLeaf's presence.

You will guide deposit and loan growth while ensuring exemplary member experiences and compliant operations. A strong leadership track and lending background are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• College degree strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of financial or equivalent sales and service experience.
• 3-5 years of supervisory and leadership experience.
• 3-5 years of credit or lending experience.
• STAMP Medallion Guarantor within 3 months.
• Lending Product Certification.
• NMLS License within 3 months.
• Notary License within 6 months.
• PC, Windows, and Internet proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations and drive production results.
• Create and implement branch strategy with the supervisory team.
• Build relationships with FourLeaf partners and the community to expand the FourLeaf brand.
• Identify, acquire, and service consumer/business deposits and lending relationships.
• Lead and develop branch staff and manage talent development.
• Manage branch traffic, scheduling, and customer service quality.
