Job summary

FourLeaf Federal Credit Union in Ridgewood, NY is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager for New Markets. You will collaborate with the Branch Manager to oversee branch operations, align with corporate strategies, and lead a team to achieve growth goals in deposits and market expansion.

You will build member relationships using a consultative sales approach, partner with specialists to connect clients to lending and deposit solutions, and represent the credit union in the community through events

Qualifications

• College Degree preferred or related work experience.
• 2+ years of financial or equivalent sales experience.
• 2+ years in the customer service industry.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• STAMP Medallion Guarantor certification within 6 months; Lending Product Certification within 6 to 12 months.
• Licenses: NMLS within 3 months; Notary License within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to guide branch operations and execute strategy.
• Help grow deposits through business development activities and community outreach.
• Build member relationships with consultative sales approach.
• Partner with Specialists to connect members with experts for financial needs.
• Ensure compliance with BSA/AML and OFAC regulatory requirements.
• Manage branch controls, reconciliations, and reporting; support audit needs.
• Hire, train, and develop teammates as growth targets are met.
