Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensing within 18 months of entry into position (Life/Accident & Health).
• Bi-lingual/Spanish preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Business Banking products and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch profitability, objectives, and branch strategy.
• Lead coaching, performance management, and staffing decisions.
• Identify customer needs and grow Retail and Business Banking relationships.
• Proactively develop Business Banking relationships and community presence.
• Conduct interviews and staffing decisions according to the model.
• Ensure compliance with security, risk controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Approve complex Business Banking loan requests up to $250,000; bundle solutions.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate as needed.
• Foster collaboration with bank partners to meet customer needs.
