Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, OR four years’ relevant experience.
• Minimum three years sales experience.
• Minimum two years managerial experience or proven leadership abilities.
• Life/Accident and Health Insurance licensing required within 18 months of entry.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Business Banking products and client relationship management.
• Bi-lingual/Spanish preferred.
• Proficient with common PC software including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Direct overall profitability by directing sales and business development and achieving annual goals.
• Lead and coach branch staff through performance management.
• Identify Retail and Business Banking customer needs and provide solutions.
• Proactively grow Business Banking relationships through outreach.
• Maintain compliance with operational, security and risk controls.
• Own complex account servicing and error resolution.
• Interview and select staff according to staffing model.
• Builds productive partnerships across bank lines to serve customer needs.
