Job summary

Crescent Electric Supply Co. is seeking a Branch Manager in Albuquerque, NM to lead day-to-day branch operations, inside sales, and customer service. You will drive profitability, partner with Sales to grow accounts, and ensure safety and ISO compliance.

Strong leadership and industry experience are required. Responsibilities include budgeting, vendor collaboration, and staff development while promoting a culture of efficiency and high service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, supply chain, or related field (or equivalent industry experience).
• 5+ years in electrical wholesale distribution or related industry.
• Previous leadership or branch management experience preferred.
• Experience in ISO-compliant environments and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations and inside sales teams to meet targets.
• Partner with Sales leadership to set Inside Sales targets and strategy.
• Ensure safety, ISO readiness, and adherence to policies.
• Manage branch budget, revenue, margins, and expenses.
• Develop supplier relationships, pricing strategies, and promotions.
• Oversee warehouse, delivery, and customer service functions.
• Coach staff, conduct evaluations, and support career development.
