Job summary

Crescent Electric Supply Company is seeking a Branch Manager in Phoenix to lead daily operations, drive sales, and coach inside sales, warehouse, and delivery teams. You will partner with regional sales to grow accounts and optimize pricing while maintaining exceptional service.

This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a focus on safety and compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical wholesale distribution, ISO environments, and a track record of

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain, or related field preferred—but equivalent industry experience is highly valued.
5+ years of experience in electrical wholesale distribution or related industry.
Prior leadership or branch management experience strongly preferred.
Experience working within ISO‑compliant environments, including adherence to documented standards, audit readiness, and continuous improvement processes.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop branch staff, including inside sales, counter sales, warehouse, and delivery teams.
Create a culture focused on safety, accountability, collaboration, and customer service.
Conduct coaching, performance evaluations and pay recommendations.
Ensure all positions are staffed by qualified and trained personnel.
Collaborate with branch purchasing, pricing, quotations, contract review, and warehouse activities.
Attend branch/company meetings and events as required.
Oversee branch operations to meet revenue targets and profitability.
