Job summary

Crescent Electric Supply Co is seeking a Branch Manager in Phoenix to lead daily branch operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will oversee inside sales, warehouse, and delivery teams, while partnering with regional sales to grow accounts and optimize performance.

The role emphasizes safety, process discipline, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on achieving budgeted targets and maintaining partner relationships. Overnight travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, supply chain, or related field preferred—but equivalent industry experience is highly valued.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical wholesale distribution or related industry.
• Prior leadership or branch management experience strongly preferred.
• Experience working within ISO-compliant environments, including adherence to documented standards, audit readiness, and continuous improvement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop branch staff, including inside sales, counter sales, warehouse, and delivery teams.
• Create a culture focused on safety, accountability, collaboration, and customer service.
• Develop annual business plans, budgets, and sales forecasts.
• Manage the branch budget and goals, including revenue targets, margins, operating expenses, and profitability.
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure inventory availability and timely customer deliveries.
