Job summary

Crescent Electric Supply Company in Nogales, AZ is seeking a Branch Supervisor responsible for recruiting, leading and training the branch team to serve customers effectively and profitably, while overseeing branch operations, inventories and safeguarding assets.

You will direct sales efforts, assist with account development, manage performance, oversee pricing, purchasing, warehousing, and ensure adherence to Crescent's standard processes. Valid driver's license and travel flexibility required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
• 3–5 years related experience and/or training.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
• Knowledge of wholesale electrical distribution industry.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook; Eclipse.
• Experience implementing sales strategies and managing income statements (P&L).

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate sales efforts within the assigned branch.
• Assist with account development and make customer support calls as needed.
• Manage performance of all direct reports; set goals and provide feedback.
• Oversee pricing, quotations, contract review, purchasing, and warehousing activities.
• Ensure Crescent's standard processes are installed and executed at the branch.
