Job summary

Crescent Electric Supply Company is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the branch's efficient, profitable operations, including warehouse, drivers, inside sales, and clerical staff. You will support the district or branch manager with day-to-day operations and staff development.

Responsibilities include assisting with job management, inventory policy improvements, and pricing strategies to ensure profitability while staying competitive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with two years related experience or training; equivalent combo accepted.
• Strong PC skills including Word/Excel; proficient email communication.
• Ability to delegate tasks while managing large projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Job Management activities.
• Participate in inventory policy development and control improvements.
• Contribute to credit, receivables, purchasing, and AP policy decisions.
• Assist in setting profitable, competitive pricing profiles.
• Provide inside sales and warehouse support as needed.
• Help direct, coordinate, and evaluate employees; participate in hiring and training.
