Job summary

Crescent Electric Supply Co in Lincoln, NE seeks a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, optimize inside sales, and drive customer growth with the regional team.

You will supervise branch staff, ensure safety and compliance, manage inventory, and partner with purchasing and finance to meet budgets and service goals.

The role requires 5+ years in electrical wholesale, prior leadership, and ISO experience; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, supply chain, or related field preferred—but equivalent industry experience is highly valued.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical wholesale distribution or related industry.
• Prior leadership or branch management experience strongly preferred.
• Experience working within ISO-compliant environments, including adherence to documented standards, audit readiness, and continuous improvement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop branch staff including inside sales, counter sales, warehouse, and delivery teams.
• Drive profitable sales growth by aligning with Sales leadership and executing inside sales strategy.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and use of Crescent's standard processes; own ISO management system responsibilities.
• Oversee inventory levels, purchasing, pricing, and coordination with Purchasing and Finance.
• Provide exceptional customer service, build relationships with contractors and industrial customers, and support account development.
