Job summary

Banc of California is seeking a Branch Manager in California to lead branch operations, drive client-focused growth, and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations. You will manage a diverse team, oversee daily operations, and partner with other departments to achieve branch goals.

The ideal candidate brings extensive banking experience, strong leadership, and a proven ability to coach staff, while maintaining high standards of service and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of related banking experience, including 4 years in branch management.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Current California driver’s license and a vehicle.
• Knowledge of banking regulations (e.g., Reg Z, Reg B, FCRA, BSA/AML, CIP, RFPA, CRA).

Responsibilities

• Drive organic growth through an exceptional client experience.
• Hire, coach, and develop the branch team.
• Ensure branch operations comply with policies and laws.
• Oversee audits and risk management within the branch.
• Manage performance evaluations and daily scheduling.
• Collaborate with other departments to grow the branch.
