Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Branch Leader to oversee branch operations in California, ensuring an excellent customer experience and regulatory compliance. You will coach and mentor team members, coordinating with Wealth, Business Banking, Mortgage, and Payment Services to meet customer needs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4–5 years in sales, retail management, or banking, plus strong product knowledge and NMLS compliance. You will work at a U.S. Bank location five days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Four to five years of experience working in a sales, retail management, or banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch(es) to meet goals and ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations.
• Regularly coach, develop, mentor and train team members and exercise independent judgement.
• Identify financial resources for customers and fulfill needs by directing them to appropriate products/services through collaboration with partners.
• Act as leader for customer experience, motivate and direct the team, expand the customer base, and engage with local market/community.
