Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop customer relationships, generate new business, and lead a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch growth by developing deposit, loan, and merchant services relationships.
• Maintain an active community presence to promote the Bank’s brand and services.
• Coach and supervise staff; ensure staffing and resource alignment with business needs.
• Ensure branch operations comply with bank policies, controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare management and compliance reports and participate in internal committees as needed.
