Qualifications

• 5 years of functional/professional experience in banking or related field.
• 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• 3–5 years related experience and/or training including strong commercial lending or product knowledge.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret balance sheets.
• Ability to present information clearly to groups of managers, staff, customers, and the public.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee activities and operations of a full-service branch.
• Communicate with customers to introduce products and services.
• Solicit new business from customers, communities, and organizations.
• Develop branch business plan to maximize profitability for banking products.
• Ensure custody of assets, records, loan collateral, and securities.
• Prepare financial and regulatory reports as required.
• Represent the bank at community functions to promote products and services.
• Oversee branch staff performance; supervise subordinate staff.
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities per policies and applicable laws.
• Interview, hire, train employees; plan and direct work; appraise performance.
• Other duties as assigned.
