Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Leadership experience with coaching and developing to drive sales excellence and world-class customer service.
• 4 years sales management experience in Retail or Branch Banking.
• Track record of meeting sales goals, deadlines and branch targets in a profit & loss environment.
• Ability to drive an exceptional customer experience validated by surveys.
• Strong partnerships with community and civic organizations.
• Compliance with SAFE Act requirements including background checks and NMLS identifier.
