The ideal candidate will bring leadership with a track record of hitting sales goals, strong community partnerships, and experience in retail or branch banking.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Leadership experience with proven ability to coach and develop to drive sales excellence and world-class customer service.
• 4 years sales management experience in Retail or Branch Banking environment.
• Track record of meeting branch goals, deadlines, and profit targets.
• Must meet background checks and obtain NMLS identifier per SAFE Act.
